It is with a heavy heart that BTG announces that we have had to cancel our upcoming production of Sister Act: the Musical. Despite high interest and excitement, we were unable to find enough actors to fill the high number of speaking roles along with the large ensemble. 

The largest factor in this decision was the historic flooding that hit Frankfort at the beginning of our show process. That was detrimental to our auditions and casting, and cut valuable time from rehearsal scheduling. At this time, we feel we would be unable to keep our original dates and put on a show at the standard which BTG strives for, so we have made the difficult decision to cancel the summer musical.

Nevertheless, BTG keeps looking to the future! We're already making preparations for our 2025-2026 shows, our "Season of Homecoming." We thank you so much for your support-- without the community that we've built here in the Bluegrass since 1982, we would not be able to create the art and family we love so much. From the bottom of our heart, thank YOU.
